Answers to the questions prospects most often ask before reaching out. If something isn’t covered here, the Contact page is the best next step.
Healthcare is my primary focus and where the depth of my experience lives — but I do take on select work in adjacent B2B niches, including education, HR, and technology. If your project falls outside healthcare, feel free to reach out. I evaluate non-healthcare work case by case based on fit, topic complexity, and availability.
Not much to begin the conversation — a brief description of your project and your timeline is enough to get an initial sense of fit. Once we’ve agreed to move forward, the most helpful things to have on hand are:
If you don’t have all of this, don’t let it stop you from reaching out. I’ll ask follow-up questions to get what I need.
All engagements are scoped and priced individually based on the project type, complexity, volume, and timeline. I work on both a project basis and a monthly retainer basis — whichever structure makes more sense for what you’re trying to accomplish.
I don’t publish standard rates because the right price depends on what’s actually involved. Reach out with your project details and I’ll put together a proposal that reflects the real scope of the work.
Both. A significant portion of my work has come through content agencies and platforms — including long-running programs with Skyword across multiple clients. I’m comfortable working within established editorial workflows, style systems, and platform tools, and I understand the operational realities of agency-side content production.
My core services are blog posts and articles, white papers and long-form reports, and content strategy. Within those categories I’ve written patient education content, clinical thought leadership, brand storytelling, podcast scripts, executive briefings, SEO-optimized consumer health content, and more. If you’re not sure whether your project fits, just ask.
Both, but some of my most rewarding engagements have been long-term programs that ran for years. Ongoing work tends to produce the best results because I get deeper into your voice, your audience, and your subject matter over time. That said, I take on well-defined one-off projects when my availability allows and the scope is a good fit.
The best way to find out if we’re a good fit is to get in touch. I’ll follow up within 1–2 business days.
